Incorrect&Incomplete&Damaged,etc Cupboard

I bought a Robe/cupboard from Russells at the Athlone branch on 3 June 2020. On that day I spoke to Nancy - prior to the I called and inquired on 2 occasions about the Colorado 135cm Compactum Robe. On the day, I went into the store to view the product as I have seen it online. I indicated to Nancy that I wanted to buy this robe and then she processed my order and payment. I trusted that she had entered the correct details. I received a call the next day for my robe to be delivered on Saturday, 6 June 2020. When the delivery arrived around 4pm, the bottom of the packaging (cardboard ) was wet and dirty. I had only noticed this after the delivery guys left. I had moved the robe into the desired room and only then unwrapped the product, only to see that it was not the robe I had indicated to Nancy. It was actually the Colorado 3 Door Robe!!! Given that I reside in a maisonette, I did not want to go through all the trouble of carrying it back down the stairs, hence I was going to leave it as is albeit the disappointment. It is now 5 days later and have found a ****roach in the cupboard and immediately removed my belongings from the robe. I am DISGUSTED!!! Further to this, I decided to move the robe away to inspect it further and find that (1.) there is a dent at the bottom rack! (2). the back top edge of the robe - the nails are not properly in!!!!

I need this robe returned! I cannot use it! I had never experienced such bad service and product. My belongings are now all over the place so I need this robe out of my house please! I DO NOT want to deal with a roach infestation on top of this!
