Incorrect and High Settlement Amount.

I just paid my recent installment by debit order and my balance should be around R1400 or less and then I ask for a settlement balance to settle the account the two ladies I spoke to which I didn’t get their names are telling me settlement balance is R1700 how crazy is this? On top of that I had to call twice because the lady I spoke at first didn’t even send me details on as the call cut because I have been on hold for more than 10 minutes twice just to get a settlement amount this is bad customer service there should be some transparency here. This stores that rip customers with their crazy messed up interest rates and insurances amounts.
