I bought furniture on the 19 of December, I have still not received it... I got a call on Friday saying my furniture will be delivered, I availed myself to a no show, I then got a call on Saturday stating my furniture is on the way, again I availed myself to another no show. I have been trying to get through to them but they keep dropping my calls. I am appalled at the service Russels is running.
