Incompetence at its best

If I could ,I would give this a zero , ordered a plasma stand online with the impression that I would get it in 2-5working days , I have just been on a call with Michael from their contact center who was very nonchalant about my dissatisfaction.He just left me on hold and I was on a 25 min call and have no resolution on when my stand is coming. If u cannot deliver don't advertise that you can . At this stage I just wanna walk in and collect my stand .So damn ***********.
