Im going to take JDG Group to court.

Owning amount +-R2200 escalating to R +-4700, unemployed with a contract signed to start work 3 months there after and continue paying as per usal I was threatened, shouted at ( he went as far as to threaten my two kids and they future) by debt collectors to get thrown in jail in full amount was not settled by 12pm, they will ensure to make my life hell and then gave me 3 hours to get cash and pay. I was in tears , devastated, disoriented as a single mom I used everything I had to settle account. Keeping in mind, there was no calls made to me, there were no emails send of any sort to arrange payoff payment plan.

Its been over a month and I have begged to 4 different emails for a proof of payment in full received and everytime redirected to another email address, one not even valid.

Today I start receiving sms that I have been handed over to debt collectors for a home visit and should contact debt collectors.immediatly to settle account. After the 3d sms, I rep**** that account was paid in full to then just receiving another email stating I need to pay or else.

Absolutely shocking.
