I am a very unhappy customer. I ordered a tablet online and received a message saying shipped on the 27 December today is the 28 December and have yet to receive my order. I contacted their customer service who said that the order should have been delivered on the 27 December. The consultant was so dismissive and their call Centre was loud and rowdy with consultants having their personal conversations. They are so *********** as no one even called and who ever their courier is made out to be a state secret. DO NOT ORDER FROM RUSSELS YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU ORDER
