I have been the victim of identity theft.somebody opened a russells account using my I d but the moneys wasn't been debited from my account.I have went to russels store on many occasions and they told m e that this account is handed over to vvm debt collectors.I have no accounts and cannot get credit or finance from any banks.ms ronal enoc
