I'd give zero stars if it were possible

I was supposed to get a refund on a purchase I made at Isipingo Russells in December 2024. Today it's 28 February 2025 and my money has still not been paid. I have enquired a number of times with the store at Isipingo. The manager would play hide n seek with me. So I contacted customer service early February, they promised to take care of the matter. To this day they have not refunded me. The sad part is that if they were the ones being owed they would do everything possible to get their money and yet here we are.

Worse the bedroom suite they sold me did not have all the *****s necessary to put it together. If I wanted to give money away, I'd have given it to someone in need instead of the ****** at Russells. This is ********.
