I will never buy a leather suite from Russell

In 2012 my wife and i bought a 3 piece leather suite from Russell plus or minus R11 000, a 1seater, 2 seater and 3 seater on delivery the guys scratched the leather and the 3 seater was damaged I laid a complain and they replaced the goods but to my surprise the 3 seater collapsed in less than a month we went back to complain and the manager then promised to come and look at it but he never came up until the shop closed down for poor service I suspect , today every time I look at the goods my heart is torn apart thinking of the amount I paid for them the 1 seater and 2 seater have a **** leather but I was told its genuine leather , now the leather is cracking and torn at the joints you wont believe they cost me that much and I bought them at Russells.
