I want my refund

On the 23rd of August 2024 I bought Genesis Autovac worth from Russell’s online when it was time for delivery a lady from RAM called me and told me that their vehicle had been hijacked, I told them that that is not my problem they have to deal with Russell’s,I’ve tried countless times to communicate with Russell’s regarding this as it was a birthday gift for a friend and told them I don’t want the goods anymore as I ended up using alternate till today I have not heard anything from them , every time I have to make means to contact them they don’t even bother and I told them I want my money back because they will be no use of the goods now.They are very unprofessional
