I want my money back

I sent my brother to buy me a bed in alberton to be delivered in Capetown, since I had just relocated that side. When he arrived they told him about a special for a queen instead of double, only to deliver a mattress, I've been emailing and calling and they keep telling me they logged a complaint it's been over 2 weeks, they don't even bother to pick up their mattress. Where am I supposed to sleep, I don't have a bed. I told them to refund my money so I can buy somewhere else but they ignore my messages.
