I want my money

My name is Patience April I went to your store about to weeks ago app**** for credit for a bed and i was told to pay a deposit of R980 which I did last week and was told delivery will take place soon. Yesterday 23rd of December I was told the bed was out of stock and i must come in to change the bed to a different and delivery will be done immediately... which I was nt happy about dont you guys check stock when you do a sale? The inconvinience of me going again i was not happy and when I got to the store I was advise the warehouse only opens on the 15 and delivery done only afyer that meaning thr lady that said it woll b done quick **** to me.. I get to the stored and I canceled everything and was told tefund will b done in 7 to 14days but I paid cash in store... That made me so furious andI want my money paid immediately I AM NOT WAITING 14days neverrr. and im going to complain to every platform until my issue is resolved. I want my refund
