I want my bed

Hi Peter<br> i bought 2beds in this shop, both were delived at home in Durban, only to found out one bed base is broken. i reported the matter and the agreed to change. when there were supposed to deliver they claim that by mistake the bed was taken to Polokwane not Durban, I made follow ups with them but until now the bed has not been delivered.<br>
