I want my bed

I bought two queen beds for cash in this shop and they delivered it to Durban at my home. When I get home I found that one base was broken and I complained .<br> <br> The shop promised to exchange that base and they didn't exchange it after so many calls I made to push them to change it and I decided to complain to Hellopeter and they exchanged it but they gave me a double bed size base instead of a queen base and I contacted them and they promised to change it but they didn't change it and I'm phoning them everytime but they keep promising and I'm tired now because I'm wasting my airtime for nothing.<br> <br> Please help me.
