Hi hellowpeter I would like to share and ask for help,2 months ago I opened an account at Russell's the portshepstone branch in KZN when opening the acc they were so friendly and nice I asked them nicely not to deliver the goods untill we move to our new house we were building they agreed 4 days after they use to call me everyday saying they want to deliver the goods k the goods were delivered 2 days after someone broke into our house and took only and I mean only the four plate defy stove I reported dis police came did an investigation have us a case I went to the shop filled in a claims form till today nobody has said anything to me they don't even call me to tell me how fare thy are with solving my case am very angry I can't pay every month for something that not there their customer service is very bad their manager when u call her she says they offline please help me iv emailed their customer service line nothing
