I received a bad service from the above mentioned

I came to this store to find out my account balance and the settlement amount so that I can settle my current account and buy again. the lady who was called from the cash services to assist me , she didn't want to communicate in English she was using isipedi , I was hard for me to here what she was communicating, she refuse to give me the explanation that I was requesting. I tried to get the store manager but they denied me to meet the store manager .<br> <br> I would like to request you intervention regarding this matter
