I purchased a couch at Russels promenade on the 15 december 2023 it delivered

I purchased a couch at Russels promenade on the 15 december 2023 it delivered.It damaged within six months and i reported it,they send the drivers to pickup the product on the 17 july 2024.Because of what i experienced to their product within six i told them i don't want their product.I want my refund but they refused to give the refund .
