They don't even deserve a star from me really. Hi I don't know where to go anymore but quite frankly I have had it with Russell's. I opened an account with you guys in 2015 and struggled to pay. Then your lawyers called to offer me a settlement discount provided I pay a certain amount each month for 3 months of which I did. I was promised a paid up letter. I never received it. Russell's still appears on my ITC and this is 2 years later. I have called your head office, reffered to your lawyers, your lawyers refer me back to Russell's.... Arrrrrg. What must I do to get you guys out of my life really...... What... What what whaaaat
