I have been waiting for my washing machine

At the beginning of February I bought a washing machine at Russells which is at Kerk street in JHB CBD. i was promised my washing machine will be delivered the day after I bought. A week later I am still waiting. I reside at Cosmo City and now they are telling me they can't deliver because the is no one else from Cosmo City who has bought something from them so they can't deliver. I fail to see how is this any of my problem, if I was told about this before I bought I would went to another shop. I am not happy of how I am treated after having paid so much for my machine.
