I HATE RUSSELS

It's been 3 months since I got my furniture from Russells.I complaint about a factory faulty washing machine of R7000.They never responded or resolved the matter.I emailed more than 20 times to Tanya Haywood and other employees but no one took me seriously and than they stop replying to my mails. I called the branch which I made the purchase but they didn't called back and after a while they didn't answer the phone.So I decided not to pay them anymore.They are useless and a disgrace to customers...
