I hate Russells

So we bought a 4Piece lounge suit from Rusells in Chris Hani Mall in Voslorus. Because we were busy with Renovations we did not open the couches to check if they were correct or not. So today we open them and 3 piece is what we bought but one piece is not. We then went back to the same store where we bought the product and the store manager was rude to us and not helpful, he also blamed us for not checking them when we explained to him that we didn't open the couches because we were bizy with renovations. We paid them their money and this is the kind of service we get from them. I want this resolved today or else I'm gonna escalate this further
