I bought a stove in 2014 and it never worked

I bought a a 4plate defy stove in november 2014, it never worked I have been complaing to the store and they sent some one to fix it, but still it never worked I have been complaining about it for the whole 2015 and the guarantee ends in November 2016. I will now take legal action since I am not being helped and I no longer want the stove to be fixed I just want my money back, I am tired of going to the store for the same case since 2014.
