I ALWAYS EXPERIENCE BAD SERVICE AT RUSSELS.

Hi I need your assistance I bought couches at Taung Russels and the couches was not in a good condition had lots of factory faults I reported the matter immediately at the shop 5 months back and they sent delivery guys to come and collect them the delivery guys came and told me if they take my soufas is not gonna be easy for them to deliver the new soufas so I returned them and asked for EXCHANGE they take this once and they drop the new one I’ve been travelling a long distance to Taung Russels to beg for new soufas bcz now they soufas are becoming worse everyday..I called head office many times no one is willing to assist I’ve been going to the store almost twice a week all they do is lie lie n lie to me…I requested for refund they gave me a form to sign till today nothing has happened no communication nothing!
