Horrific Service - Russels Newcastle

Horrific service. Not to be recommended. Purchased lounge suite from them - had to send the same seater 3 times for repairs on the same side. Phoned numerous times today to follow up - no luck. Not taking my calls at all. I have visited their stores. Promises made to phone me back. Nothing happens. The Sales Staff that answer the phones eventually is so rude, they just cut the calls without providing their names.
