Horrible Service and Poor Quality Goods.

Horrible customer services. I will never ever buy anything from them again. Not only is the quality of their products **** and that's just putting it lightly, their customer service is worse. Made a complaint on the 22nd December and still waiting for someone from the relevant department to contact me. They must be very busy if it takes so long to contact a high query customer. Not sure how many times must I call and message them but like I said to the consultant I'm in touch with. I will take my bed back to the store which I bought it at and I will not leave that store until I get a new bed.
