Horrible Service

I went to their Store to apply for Credit for 2 Smart TV's on the 27th of November2021, was promised delivery on Tuesday on the 30th of November2021. I only received 1st TV on Friday 3rd Of December2021 after multiple Calls and it was the incorrect one, when I Called the Manager She rudely said I can bring that TV back instead of Apologizing. We then went to The Store to try and find out what went wrong and fix the issues as we couldn't fix it on the Phone. When we got there was a whole lot Arguments and no solutions so we ended up with 2 x normal TVs and now I ordered another Smart TV on Tuesday and was promised delivery on Friday. This whole Week, No Calls, No Feedback nothing and today I called them and they telling Me about LoadShedding yesterday. I'm very disappointed in this Service from this Shop and the Attitude from all Staff Members, now I'm going to pay for 3 TV's and I am still receiving very bad service as I still haven't received the TV and No Answerto My Calls!
