HORRIBLE CUSTONER SERVICE FROM RUSELLS IN EDENVALE

Sello from Russells in Edenvale, has such horrible customer service towards his customers, and he's apparently the store manager..SO, WHO MUST WE escalate our issues to..if he's the store manager and doesn't know how to treat his customers well. right now I'm stranded and need help from the store ASAP and no one is able to help including the so called store manager!!!!
