Hopeless

I purchased a lounge suite on black friday and up to now have not had it delivered. How can you have a product on a promotion and not have stock of the item. The store manager is very helpful but he tells me that the warehouse is waiting for delivery. Please someone help im sitting on the floor at the moment.
