HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH RUSSELLS STORE -

I recently put a lay-bye on one of the lounge suites called Julianna at russells amanzimtoti branch.. the assistance was good at the beginning, but the 3rd time when I went to pay at the shop I was informed by the cashier that the Julianna lounge suite is discontinued.. It is very disappointing from the russells store.. WHEN U TAKE A LAY-BYE THE PRODUCT SHOULDN'T AUTOMATICALLY GET DISCONTINUED.. will never ever buy or lay-bye anything from russells again #BlackFriday
