Help

I bought tv at Russells in Flagstaff branch locates in Eastern Cape province I had such terrible experience after lay buying when it was completely paid I can't get it they say it is out of stock till now I am not getting it and no refund I get not even a phone call update when I call the store they drop my calls when coming the manager is so rude before I even open my mouth will like not in stock thank you but Ihave already paid. Its only a terrible way the store manager give to me when I go to check for the tv I bought the manager is being very rude why would Russell something they do not have? I need help please to get the tv I have paid for or be refunded
