Got screamed at by Manager, Lance Rooplall

I bought a lounge set from Joshua Doore Phoenix on the 6th Sept 2015. The deal I had with the salesperson was that he will give me the promo of a free carpet and the new promo price (that started on 7th Sept). We agreed and I paid cash on the 6th Sept. The lounge set was delivered a week later, with no carpet. I contacted the sales person and he indicated that he was not aware that they were delivering the goods, and that the carpet was out of stock. Another call a week later and he gave me the same story. Today my parents stopped at the branch in Phoenix and the manager, Lance Roopllal, was extremely rude and told them that the salesperson has to pay out of his pocket. I just called the manager now and he screamed at me saying that this has got nothing to do with him and he didn't make the deal with me and he cannot help me. He then put the phone down on me. Joshua Doore - just a pathetic bunch of ***** and *******!
