Goods not delivered coupled with poor customer service (unable to resolve my query)

I've been doing online shopping for about 7 years now and this is the first time I have ever had such poor service... Very unacceptable if you order something online and you come across issues don't expect to get help no one will answer calls no one answers your emails and when they do they evasive and never ever reply your email again... I was supposed to get my order last week Wednesday in which I didn't now I can't resolve my problem cause they have poor customer service
