Goods not delivered.

I purchased a tablet for my son on 29 September 2024, it was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days. On 07 October 2024, Mapula Malatji told me that a ticket that had been logged for me would take 24 hours and on their systems 24 hours meant 3 days after I told her that I was leaving town on 08 October 2023 and would not be back until November 2024. I then requested her to cancel the order and issue me a refund, she promised me that the order was cancelled and told me that I would be refunded in 7-14 working days. On 14 October 2024 I received a call from their warehouse informing me that my order wasn’t cancelled but the lady offered to see the query through. To my surprise on 16 October 2024 I receive an sms informing me that my order was old for delivery, please bear in mind that I have purchased the tablet elsewhere due to their lack of service delivery. I am still out of town and awaiting my refund, instead of money being paid into my account I’m told that I now need to send the phone back to them or email their manager.

Iam beyond being livid!
