Goods Delivered Demaged

From May Last Year My Mother Dade Madondo Opened an Account with Russels amd Bought a fridge & a 4 plate stove which was delivered 2 Days later demaged the stove has a big dent on the right and the ffidge has 2 Big dents on the top door the guys that delivered refused to take the stuff back to the store the following day we logged a formal complain at the store and nothing has beem fone since that day this has been going on since may 2015 i have been very handling this quite well with getting false promises from Tony Branch Manager and Darren whom i spoke to just yesterday and hr prised an sms on my phone that will tell me when the exchange will happen also promised to call me back earlier when i called him yo let him know i have not yet received thr sms, i am paying R789.00 every month and even in december the ddbit order came early without a warning i am at tge stage where i will drivr the goods to the store and ask for money back. I think out of everything i hate the lies from the store management i need this resolved as soon as possible and maybe consider getting a new shop manager this is not good for this so called trusted brand.<br> <br> Mondli Madondo.<br> [Email Removed]<br> ***
