Good not delivered after one week of the promissed

I bought sofas at Joshua Doore Malamulele on the 4th of April and was promised delivery within 48 hours. Since then the goods has not been delivered even now. I called on the 7th and they told me I will get my goods before the end of the week, but they were not. I called today only to be told a different story than I was told before.<br> <br> I was told that my sofas will now have to be collected from Giyani by the delivery guys. When I bought the sofas I was told that they were at their warehouse in Shayandima.<br> <br> I do believe that the branch had mislead me into believing that they have the goods and will be delivered soon. I do not have a problem with good being delivered late, but it should not be a week late with no explanation. They wanted to raise the sales by selling me something they do not have thereby lying to me.<br> <br> <br> <br>
