I will like to get help been trying to talk to Russells team for over a year now but im not getting any help im even deciding to take them to Speak out on Sabc2 because i think its the best way to get help.... I bought a tv stand and a coffee table last year February which when they make a delivery the stand was not on good condition then the driver took pics said he will tell them when he gets to the wherehouse... Never got a call or anything then due to lockdown i couldn't follow up then on the 11th of june i called amf complain wrote to hellopeter but they made empty promise i followed up till i have given up then sotime feb this year or march the store mananger called to ask if they did changed the things like they said i told her no the she send an email but they said its out of warranty how i don't know cause i complained from day 1.... It ddnt end there on the 3rd of July i called spoke to sfiso from yhe complain department he told me dat he will excalate the complain they will call withim 24 hours they never did i made calls until i speak to thuso and he was jonest that they have send the email to the store manager that she must deal witb this but still no she made empty promises im really tired of this people i wamty money i am serious about this or else I'll go open a case and take law in my own hands
