Good day I purchased two defy twin tub washing machines about 1 year ago or so but lately it seems after reporting it, the repair takes for ever... It causes major inconvenience after all i paid cash for both machines back then and this big thank you in return. Do one call this customer service... I wont recommend next cash paying client to experience the same Kind Regards Fernando
