gomma gomma lounge set

My aunt purhased a gomma gomma lounge set set from joshua doore at the phoenix plaza.we had problems with the set had reported it to the store which was picked up for as*****t by the gomma gomma supplier.after 1 week they report back that its a factory fault n the only thing they can do is repair it.after speaking to head office was asked to speak yo the store manager because I requested I did not want the set to be repaired I wanted to pay the difference and take something else I never got any assistance an the service and attitude sucks.
