SIPHO promises one thing and Sherly the other I have gone to the store. Waisted my airtime and still nothing. Oh let's not even talk about the call centre I do not understand why they have that number you will hold for years to be assisted. And then there is their non existent complaints department. They will reply to this complain same way they have to the others we are investigating and they fail to give feedback or even call to sort the matter out. I ask myself each day. If this is the service a cash customer is getting what about one buying on credit. The matter has been taken to speak out.
