Frustrating Experience – Never Coming Back!

I am beyond frustrated with the service I received from this establishment. The staff is incredibly lazy and clearly only concerned with making a sale, rather than providing any meaningful explanations about the financing options available. It's infuriating that in today's digital age, they refuse to send signed documents via email. Everything can and should be handled electronically, yet they make excuses!

Additionally, the returns policy is consistently overlooked by the staff. If you think you can get any satisfactory feedback or assistance after making a purchase, think again. I find myself constantly reaching out and begging for help, only to be ignored or brushed off. Their customer service is abysmal, and frankly, it's soul-crushing. I will NEVER return to this place again! Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
