Frustrated

I am very disappointed by the service i received at this store , I bought a Dining room suite before it was delivered I called in to cancel because I felt the payment was too much which was R820 per month , the salesperson(Nombulelo) convinced me not to cancel as she will try to get the instalment lower to R645 which i felt was a bit better , I was dissappointed to discover that the person who processed my application at first took the highest insurance for the goods I bought without explaining that there are options so joshua doore only cares about sales and making commission and dont have the customer's interest at heart .my first debit order of R645 was suppose to go off on the 20 October 2015 but on the 20 September 2015 a debit order of R820 went off my account , I called in the accounts department to enquire I was told the initial contract was not cancelled , I was referred to the branch to sign cancellation form , I went to the branch I spoke to the manger (Victor ) they cancelled it and told me to come back for refund , i went back He said it was too early they didnt have cash, i went back for 3rd time and He told me He had no staff to process my refund , Am still waiting.
