Fridge not stopped working

On the 24 December 2014 i collected my fridge from Russells storeroom in Tzaneen as instructed after 5 days of purchasing the fridge. The fridge was connected and worked normally i did not have any problems as i was happy with the choice of the item i purchased. the problem started on the 20 April 2015 when it suddenly stopped working, i contacted the shop and they sent a guy on the 24th April to repair it and 3-4 days after that it stopped working again. The guy come back and tried again to fix it but i don't think he understood what was really wrong with the fridge thou it worked for another day or two and stopped working again. i went to the shop on the 30th April to really express my frustrations and to date i just get promises after promises and stuck with a fridge that is not working and i don't know if , when and how my problem will be resolved. i am frustrated because i paid cash for the fridge and i don't and yet i don't have any place to put my food now.
