Fridge not delivered for a month
I bought a fridge at Russell's on the 16 of September, was told it was out of stock and will be available end of the month. I received an sms confirming delivery and waited the whole day, called the call center and was told that they made a mistake, the fridge hasn't arrived. I called on the 4th and asked what's going on, was told they have the fridge and will be delivering soon. I'm still waiting, on Saturday it will be a month since I ordered. I called this morning and was told the fridge is at a warehouse in Port Elizabeth and is scheduled for delivery today but I didn't receive anything concerning delivery, this is unacceptable, if they don't deliver this fridge this week I want a refund.

14 Oct 2021, 11:54My fridge is still not delivered after Russells contacted me on Monday and said they will deliver on Wednesday. The phone to their warehouse rings unanswered. Yesterday they sent me an invoice but no communication of when they will deliver. This is the most unprofessional and *********** group I've ever had to deal with. If these idiots do not refund me by the end of tomorrow, they will be hearing from my lawyers. I will sue them and report them to the Ombudsman. Save your money and never buy from this group.
