Fridge faulty

I bought a kic fridge cash at Russell Zebediela, the fridge was delivered on Thursday last week and it was delivered damaged we lounged a complain same day and I called to find out because no one is telling me what's going on I'm stuck with a damaged fridge the manager is not even helpful their call center still no help I need a new fridge as soon as possible
