Hi my name is Thembalethu and I bought a Hisense fridge on the 27th Nov 2019 at Protea Glen and it was delivered on the 29th during the day and hours later we plugged the fridge and till this day the fridge is not working, only the deep freezer is working but not as it’s suppose to and our food is getting rotten and I went to Russels on Sunday to report the matter and I was advised by the manager that they will arrange for another fridge to be delivered but there’s was no further communication! And the delivery guys broke our door and they advised I must report to Russels but again it’s dead quiet!!!! *** ***
