freezer complaint

DEFY & RUSSELLS diepsloot I'm not happy with your services me and my hubby we went to by a freezer on the 3rd of January as we came back with lot of meat from home guess what the freezer only work for few hours i guess you know what happened to our meat in this economy we lost meat that cost a lot we called russels to tell them they said they will lodge a fault no feedback my husband called defy to complain the consultant said the was no complained lodge for our freezer they lodge complain Tuesday#*** he was adviced you will send someone we been asking someone to wait for you guys the whole week when he call today to follow up consultant said still waiting for russels to lodge a complaint I'm very disappointed with your service i will never ever buy or recommend anyone to buy you are a big brand but you dont care about your clients you will lose lot of client you are even trending with your bad service
