Free delivery **** at Russells

I purchased a lounge suit online on the 17th of July 2024. The marketing of that product was that it comes with free delivery worth R695 But the free delivery did not deduct at checkout, i called the customer care to enquire before buying, and i was told it will be refunded back after delivery. Now ive been begging for delivery refund, no one want to entertain me, call are dropped in my ear, ignored. No one seem to care about the refund anymore. This appears to be a **** they use to attract buyers!!!!! i want my refund back!!!
