Black friday at Russels- Ndumo is the worst day of consumers, i have bought a 40inch Hicence which was on special for R3500 i filled the required document and paid the cash to the assistant , who took the documents and cash to the cashiers as I waited for my slip i was told that since it offline I have to wait for monday when the Hicence has arrived only than i can recieve the slip and the T.V later that day they i was called to verify the T.v licence . Monday I was told that the T.Vs are coming the truck has lot of goods so i should wait.The following day I was told that because on friday the 13th they were offline they couldnt process my deal and if they try now the T.V has gone to it original price i insisted on my money back the manager told me i should wait he will sort it out I demanded a slip the cashier told me their receipt book is full , now im told there is no trace of my money I should do an affidavit which i had done and till today Im still waiting .
