********** delivery, useless call center and unprofessional staff. I want my money

I made a lay-bye in September 2018 for a fridge and bed with Russells Grahamstown. A sales person by the name of Nontozane Shwenpe did the sales order. Now when I went back to the store to pay off my furniture to my surprise I was told that the furniture was already delivered at my home address. I asked to see the sales order, all my personal details and money I paid were correct however the description of goods had completely changed to a compact stove, twin tub and braai stand and mind you none of that was ever delivered to me. I asked to see the sales person, they told me she is now in jail for ***** and is under investigation. How any of that is my business beats me. All I want is my money back. I did not sign up for any of this nonsense. I'm told by russells Grahamstown manager that the sales person is under investigation and I can not get my money now. What ******** scheme is this????? How you deal with your employees has got absolutely nothing to do with me. Your call center is useless too as they told me it has nothing to do with them. I trusted you with my money only to be ****** in bright day light. I want my money back and nothing less. You are putting me and my family under a lot of strain and stress..pay back what is lawfully due to me.
