********** debit order

In December 2018 my wife opened a Russell's account at the verulam branch. She was approved an we bought a 55inch TV. The debit order amount was R575. 71 which was supposed to be debited in January 2019. The debit order did not go off. But it was debited of my account. This is *****. I did not sign for the debit order to go off my account. I called Russell's but they cannot give me an answer. This is shocking
